Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Odda pieces. If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them, with tags attached. Sale items follow the same rules.

Your right of withdrawal (day 1 to 14)

As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. If you withdraw within these 14 days, we refund the price of the items and the standard delivery cost of your order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of standard delivery. You pay the cost of sending the items back.

Extended returns (day 15 to 30)

Between day 15 and day 30 after delivery we refund the price of the items. Delivery costs are not refunded, and you pay the cost of sending the items back.

How to return

  1. Email us at hello@odda.studio with your order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.
  2. Pack the items securely and send them to: Odda, Blekingegatan 8, 252 52 Helsingborg, Sweden. Use a tracked service and keep your receipt until the refund is done.
  3. You can also return items in person at our store at Vasatorpsvägen 1D, Helsingborg, at no cost.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we have received the items or you have shown that you have sent them. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, at no extra cost to you. If an item has been handled more than needed to check its nature, characteristics and fit, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item and place a new order.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, email us at hello@odda.studio with your order number and a photo. We cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or a full refund. Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act you can complain about faults for up to three years after purchase. Tell us within a reasonable time after you notice the fault; a complaint made within two months is always on time.
