Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from the Odda online store. By placing an order you accept these terms. Our company details are on our contact information page.

1. Orders

Your order is binding once we have sent you an order confirmation by email. To order you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian. We may cancel an order if a product is sold out or if a price or product description is clearly wrong; you are then refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. You pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. If you pay with Klarna, Klarna's terms also apply.

3. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and times are described in our shipping policy. We are responsible for the goods until you have received them.

4. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14 day statutory right of withdrawal and 30 days to return items. How it works is described in our return and refund policy.

5. Faults and complaints

You have the right to complain about faulty goods in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, for up to three years after purchase. Contact us at hello@odda.studio and we will help you.

6. Product information

We do our best to show colours and details correctly, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Follow the care instructions for each product.

7. Personal data

How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, natural disasters or disruptions at carriers or suppliers.

9. Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will try to solve it. You can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. Swedish law applies to these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published when you placed your order.
